Resolution Passed at Extraordinary General Meeting in Heimstaden Bostad

Heimstaden Bostad AB has held an Extraordinary General Meeting that resolved to:

• Appoint Anna Magnusson, Stewardship and Corporate Governance Specialist at Alecta as new board member. Anna Magnusson is replacing Frans Heijbel.

The Board now consists of 9 people:
