Resolution Passed at Extraordinary General Meeting in Heimstaden Bostad

Heimstaden Bostad AB has at an Extraordinary General Meeting appointed Helge Leiro Baastad and Rebecka Elkert as new board members with effect as of 18 August 2023, replacing Casper von Koskull and Birgitta Stenmark Magnusson who resign from their positions as per the same date. Helge Leiro Baastad will assume the position as Chairperson of the Board.
