S&P Affirms Investment Grade Rating of ’BBB-’ for Heimstaden Bostad, Raised Outlook to Stable
S&P Global Ratings affirms Heimstaden Bostad’s Long-Term Issuer Credit rating (ICR) of ‘BBB-‘ and raises the Outlook to Stable from Negative.
The rating outlook revision is based on S&P’s view of “financial discipline, coupled with robust operating performance, [which] has stabilized its S&P Global Ratings-adjusted EBITDA interest coverage.”
