Vibeke Krag Withdraws from the Board of Heimstaden Bostad AB and Heimstaden AB

Due to personal reasons, Vibeke Krag withdraws as Board Member from the Board of Heimstaden Bostad AB and Heimstaden AB, effective 31 December 2023.

The companies are actively seeking qualified candidates to fill the vacant board positions by the respective 2024 Annual General Meeting at the latest.
