Arve Regland appointed new CFO of Heimstaden

Arve Regland, 47, will as of today take on the role as CFO of Heimstaden. 

Arve has and will continue to have the same role in Heimstaden’ s majority owner Fredensborg AS and replaces acting CFO Magnus Nordholm who wants to focus fully on his role as CEO of Fredensborg AS and as a board member in Heimstaden.

Arve joined Fredensborg as CFO in August 2019. He most recently came from the position as CEO of the Norwegian listed property company Entra ASA. Prior to that he worked for 10 years with real estate and finance at ABG Sundal Collier, and before that 6 years in Arthur Andersen and EY.

“As the CFO in Fredensborg, Arve has been involved in Heimstadens finance function from his start. Given his background and experience, we see great synergies in bringing together the CFO role in both companies under one leadership.
