Heimstaden announces the results from the tender offer for its outstanding bonds 2019/2023
Heimstaden AB (publ) (“Heimstaden”) announces the results of the tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) to the holders of Heimstaden’s SEK 1,750,000,000 outstanding senior unsecured floating rate bonds 2019/2023 (ISIN SE0012622249) (the “Bonds”).
The Tender Offer expired at 12:00 CET on 9 December 2022. Due to strong interest, the Tender Offer was upsized with SEK 80,000,000. Bonds in an aggregate amount of SEK 580,000,000 million have been validly tendered and accepted by Heimstaden. Heimstaden will complete the Tender Offer and the price for the Bonds in the Tender Offer amount to 99.00% of the nominal amount per Bond. Heimstaden will also pay accrued and unpaid interest from, but excluding, the previous interest payment date until, and including, the settlement date for the Tender Offer. The settlement date for the Tender Offer is expected to occur on 16 December 2022. Settlement of the transactions pursuant to the Tender Offer will occur as a secondary trade via Nordea Bank Abp and Swedbank AB (publ).
