Heimstaden successfully issues bonds for a total amount of SEK 1,000 million

Heimstaden AB (publ) (“Heimstaden”) has successfully issued two senior unsecured bonds. The first bond amounts to SEK 500 million, has a tenor of 3.25 years and a floating interest rate of STIBOR 3m + 330 basis points. The second bond amounts to SEK 500 million, has a tenor of 5 years and a floating interest rate of STIBOR 3m + 400 basis points.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and to strengthen the company’s capacity and flexibility for future investments.

Heimstaden intends to apply for listing of the bonds on the Nasdaq Stockholm Corporate Bond List.

Nordea and Swedbank have acted as Joint Bookrunners and Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå has acted as legal counsel in connection with the bond issues.
