Heimstadens subsidiary, Heimstaden Bostad, issues multi-tranche inaugural bond under its EMTN programme

Heimstadens subsidiary, Heimstaden Bostad, has on November 28th issued its first EUR/SEK/NOK multi tranche bond under the newly established EMTN programme. The transaction has a combined notional amount corresponding to BSEK 10.6 and maturities ranging from 2 to 5.5 years across four tranches. The proceeds from the EUR tranche has been swapped into SEK and NOK.

The proceeds will to a large extent be used to repay existing short term secured bank financing in accordance to the requirements from S&P to convert the preliminary rating to a final rating of BBB- (stable outlook).
