Heliospectra AB (publ) ("Heliospectra" or "the Company") informs about issued warrants of series 2020/21 ("Warrants"). Two (2) Warrants give the right to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company against cash payment of SEK 3.1 per share during the period November 1 through November 30, 2021. Last day for trading in the Warrants is November 25, 2021. If all Warrants are exercised, the Company will receive a maximum of approximately SEK 32.7 million before issue costs.
The last day of trading in the Warrants is November 25, 2021. It is possible to exercise the Warrants for subscription of new shares in the Company during the period of November 1 to November 30, 2021. However, some nominees may close early, which means that the last day to exercise the Warrants may be earlier than the date above. The nominee shall normally inform you of this, however the Company urges all warrant holders to contact their nominee/bank themselves to ensure that any exercise can take place in time.
For those of you who are directly registered holders of Warrants, i.e don’t have your holding with a nominee, there will be a special application form with instructions for payment when subscribing for shares by exercising Warrants available on Heliospectra's website https://www.heliospectra.com/investor-relations/financial-reports-documents/financial-documents.
Complete terms and conditions for the Warrants are available on Heliospectra's website https://www.heliospectra.com/investor-relations/investor-relations.
The Company would like to point out that the subscription price is significantly higher than the current share price and it is important that those who subscribe are aware of this when considering a possible exercise.
