TWO staff members from Riverwood’s Club Rivers are helping to bring education to rural Cambodia by taking part in the Walk2School charity event.

Melissa Unicombe and Lana Gray are walking 100km from the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh to Siem Reap.

The walk starts today and ends next Saturday.

The pair is part of a group who will also distribute food and school aid packages to families along the route.

The walk also aims to raise money for Australian charity Help2Help to build a school in rural Cambodia.

“I feel so privileged to be representing Club Rivers and to be able to provide help to a third-world country,” Ms Unicombe said.
