Change in number of shares and votes in D. Carnegie & Co AB

The number of shares of series B and votes in D. Carnegie & Co AB (publ) has changed as a result of the exercise of 901,200 warrants within the company’s 2015 incentive program. At the last trading day of the month there was in total 91,986,858 shares, whereof 6,136,989 shares of series A and 85,849,869 shares of series B, and 116,534,814 votes in the company.
