Caroline Arehult takes office as CEO of Hemfosa Fastigheter

As announced previously, Caroline Arehult was appointed as new CEO of Hemfosa. She takes office on September 14, 2018 and succeeds Jens Engwall who will focus on his role as CEO of Nyfosa AB.

Caroline Arehult joins the company from Skanska Fastigheter Stockholm, where she has served as Managing Director with responsibility for commercial project development. During her time at Skanska, she has held a number of senior positions, including Head of Property Management and Head of Leasing and Marketing. She holds a degree in engineering in construction and property economics from KTH in Stockholm, Sweden, and the Institute of Technology in Hamburg, Germany.
