Hemfosa acquires properties in Finland at a value of approximately MSEK 600

Hemfosa has acquired two properties in Finland for an underlying property value of approximately MSEK 600 and a total rental value of about MSEK 70.

The properties are located in Tampere and Oulu. Community services tenants represent 90 percent of the rental value and include public broadcasting company Ylesradio, Oulu University Hospital, Tampere University of Applied Sciences and the City of Tampere. Both properties are well situated with good transport connections. The property located in Uleåborg also includes a development right for premises to accommodate healthcare operations and offices.

The total leasable area is approximately 42,000 sqm. The leasing rate is 97 percent and the remaining lease term is 9.4 years. Ownership of the properties was transferred on November 29, 2019.
