Report this content

Hemfosa Fastigheter is currently conducting negotiations regarding acquisitions of several properties and property portfolios for a total value of approximately SEK 5 billion. Letters of intent have been entered into for some of these, whereof one acquisition corresponds to a substantial part of the total value of approximately SEK 5 billion. The most substantial acquisition relates to a diverse property portfolio that is intended to be a part of the subsidiary Nyfosa. The other planned acquisitions mainly concern community service properties. According to the current timetables, the intention is to enter into binding agreements regarding the acquisitions during June 2018.

Hemfosa elects to disclose its intention to carry out these acquisitions due to the ongoing process to split the group into two listed companies; Hemfosa with community service properties and Nyfosa with other properties.
