Hemfosa Fastigheter acquires additional community service properties in Norway for approximately MSEK 284

Hemfosa is acquiring ten properties and three leaseholds – a total of thirteen preschools – at an underlying property value of approximately MSEK 284. The seller is AcadeMedia.

The acquired preschools are located in the Oslo region and southern Norway, and have a leasable area of 10,345 square meters. The tenant has a 20-year triple net lease. Possession will be taken on June 30, 2015.
