Hemfosa is strengthening its transaction department through the recruitment of an additional experienced employee. Jonny Göthberg will complement the company’s transaction team by contributing wide-ranging transaction expertise, particularly in community
service properties, combined with experience of business development and property management.

Jonny Göthberg joins Hemfosa from Hemsö Fastighets AB, where he contributed to building up the company’s transaction and business development operation after its formation six years ago. Prior to that, he worked at Kungsleden for 15 years, in positions including head of property management. He has also been head of property management at Castellum.

“We are delighted to welcome Jonny to Hemfosa’s transaction team. The expertise and experience that Jonny will provide in the field of community service properties represents a valuable strengthening of the acquisition work we will be conducting in all three of our Nordic markets,” says Jens Engwall, CEO of Hemfosa.

Jonny Göthberg will assume his position with Hemfosa on May 2, 2016.
