Hemfosa Fastigheter successfully issues bond loans of SEK 1,200 million

Hemfosa Fastigheter AB (publ) is issuing unsecured bonds with a tenor of three years. The issue amounts to 1,200 SEK million of which 1,100 SEK million carries a floating rate of STIBOR 3M + 2.25 per cent and 100 SEK million carries a fixed rate of 3.40 percent. The bonds generated strong investor interest and the issue was oversubscribed despite an increase of the initial volume.

The proceeds from the bond issue will be used for refinancing of existing bank loans and for ongoing operations. Hemfosa Fastigheter intends to list the bonds on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm within 60 days.

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB and Swedbank AB have acted as financial advisors, and Cederquist has been legal counsel to Hemfosa Fastigheter.
