Hemfosa issues bonds of SEK 250 million

Hemfosa today announces that it has issued senior unsecured bonds in the total amount of SEK 250 million. The bonds were issued under an existing framework amount of SEK 1,000 million (ISIN: SE0009357403), where bonds of SEK 750 million were issued on December 2016.

The bonds were issued at price 102%, which corresponds to a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR + 2.0% up to the final maturity in December 2019.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. The bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Nordea Bank AB (publ) and Swedbank AB (publ) have been financial advisors and Joint Bookrunners in the bond issue.
