Söderport Fastigheter, owned by Hemfosa Fastigheter and Sagax, completes acquisition of properties from companies within the Volvo Group

On 28 March 2014, a press release was published, announcing that Söderport Fastigheter, jointly owned by Hemfosa Fastigheter and Sagax, had signed an agreement to acquire properties from companies within the Volvo Group.

Swedish Competition Authority. Such approval has now been received and the condition is therefore fulfilled.
