Hemfosa issues bonds of SEK 750m and announces tender offer results for its outstanding April 2017 bonds

New Issue Transaction Hemfosa Fastigheter AB (publ) has successfully issued senior unsecured bonds in the total amount of SEK 750m under a framework amount of SEK 1,000m. The bonds have a tenor of three and a half year and a floating interest rate of three-months STIBOR plus 275bps (“New Issue Transaction”). The transaction generated strong interest from investors and the issue was well oversubscribed.
