Hemfosa is a Swedish property company focusing on community service properties in the Nordic region with its largest tenants being the Swedish state and municipalities. This provides stable cash flows and a healthy yield. In order to create value, Hemfosa also aims to actively participate in the transaction market. As per June 30, 2016, Hemfosa owned properties with a total property value of approximately SEK 33.2 billion, including the company’s share of the property value in joint ventures. Hemfosa issues bonds of MSEK 750

Hemfosa today announces that it has issued senior unsecured bonds in the total amount of MSEK 750 under a framework amount of MSEK 1,000. The bonds have a tenor of three years and a floating interest rate of three-months STIBOR plus 2.8%, which corresponds to an initial coupon of about 2.2%. The bond generated strong investor interest and the issue was oversubscribed. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and Hemfosa intends to list the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. - We are very pleased of the great interest, and that the issue has been so well received by the market,
