Hemfosa’s joint venture, Söderport, which is owned equally with AB Sagax, has today agreed to divest a property in Gothenburg for MSEK 979. The property is situated in Torslanda and comprises a leasable area of 134,000 square meters containing premises for warehousing and offices. The buyer is a company administered by Ness, Risan & Partners and owned by NRP 2016 AS (50 percent) and NRP Eiendom 2015 AS (25 percent). Söderport Fastigheter AB, in which Hemfosa and Sagax are equal owners, acquires 15 properties for MSEK 352. The properties comprise a rentable area of 82 000 square meters consisting of facilities for production and storage. Hemfosa Fastigheter and Sagax transfer properties to Söderport for MSEK 399

Hemfosa and Sagax have agreed to each transfer three properties to the companies’ joint venture, Söderport Fastigheter. The transaction will have a marginal impact on Hemfosa’s profit from property management and its financial position, but will create a platform for more efficient management of the properties. Hemfosa´s joint venture Söderport, which is own equally with AB Sagax, has divested the propery Kamelen 14 in Malmö. The property currently comprises 13,500 square meters of office and business premises. The property has been unoccupied since October 2015 when the Swedish Police Authority vacated the premises. Söderport has initiated the preparation of a new zoning plan allowing conversion into residential units. The zoning plan has now gained legal force The selling price amounts to MSEK 170 and the buyer is Riksbyggen. The propertie will be relinquished in the second quarter of 2016.

Hemfosa Fastigheter’s joint venture Söderport Fastigheter AB makes divestments totaling MSEK 154

Söderport Fastigheter AB, which is owned in equal shares by Hemfosa and AB Sagax, has divested eight properties in three separate transactions. The properties are located in Hallstahammar, Karlsborg, Mariestad, Gislaved, Eksjö, Kristianstad and Sölvesborg. The combined selling price amounts to MSEK 154. Hemfosa’s capital gain totals MSEK 8. The properties will be relinquished in the fourth quarter of 2015 and the first quarter of 2016.
