Hemköp revises staff scheduling in Stockholm stores
Hemköp has conducted a review of the staff scheduling in its stores in Stockholm. The review has been aimed at ensuring that staffing is greatest during times when customer numbers are largest in the stores. This has led to changes in work schedules.
As a result of these changes, work hours corresponding to 24 full-time positions have been eliminated. Those affected are mainly part-time employees, entailing an increase in the portion of full-time employees.
Hemköp and the Salaried Employees Union (HTF) have conducted local negotiations for the ten stores affected. These negotiations have been concluded and the parties have signed an agreement.
