New number of shares and votes in Hemnet

As a result of the implementation of the Annual General Meeting's resolution to cancel 2,112,069 own shares and the new issue of 332,768 shares through the utilisation of warrants under the warrant program 2021/2024, the number of shares and votes in Hemnet Group AB (publ) ("Hemnet") has changed.

Following the cancellation of own shares and the new issue of shares through utilisation of warrants, the total number of shares and votes in Hemnet is 96,571,749. 91,515,175 shares are ordinary shares and 5,056,574 shares are shares of class A1.
