Herantis Pharma will publish the following financial reports in 2015:

  * Financial Statements bulletin in regard to 2014 on Friday the 27th of
    February 2015
  * Interim Report on January-June 2015 on Wednesday the 19th of August 2015

The  Annual General Meeting is  planned to be held  on Thursday the 9th of April
2015. The  Board of Directors will present a formal notice of the AGM at a later
stage.

Annual  Report for 2014 will be published  during the week 13/2015 in electronic
format on the company's web site.
