Extension of heroal Ready product range

New finished elements and design options, increased variety of colours

Verl, May 2020. With its heroal Ready product range, the aluminium system provider heroal has been selling finished elements in the fields of roller shutters, sun protection systems and roller doors since 2019. Now the company is extending its range with new finished elements, additional design options as well as more freedom of design for roller shutters and sun protection systems. 

About a year ago, heroal launched heroal Ready in the German-speaking countries, increasing the services on offer. In close cooperation with heroal customers, the heroal Ready product range is constantly being extended and enhanced, in order to be even more flexible in meeting the individual requirements of builder-owners and investors.

New finished elements for roller shutters and sun protection

In the field of surface-mounted roller shutters, the existing heroal Ready range has been extended with new slat variants. In addition to the roller slats heroal RS 37, the roller slats heroal RS 41 SW and heroal RS 52 are now available with their increased covering widths, enabling customers to create small and big elements.
The range of sun protection solutions has also been extended. In addition to the sun protection roller shutters heroal rs hybrid and the textile zip screens heroal VS Z, the variants heroal VS C (with filigree stainless steel rope guidance) and heroal VS (with a guidance via the end strip) are also now available as pre-fabricated elements.

More freedom of design for finished elements

Together with the extension of its range of products, heroal has increased the range of fabrics available for finished elements in the field of textile sun protection, adding more items to this product line. The new range “Trend“ includes ten colours representing the most popular textile colours. As standard products, they have a shorter delivery time. The collection “Individual“ makes individual creations possible: it includes more than 190 textiles in various colours, fabrics and designs.
Furthermore, the available range of colours for the coating of extruded and roll-formed components has been extended. With immediate effect, 13 standard colours are available. If more individuality is required, you can choose from the colours of the RAL chart as well as the Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier range of colours.

Efficient configuration and ordering

heroal Ready does not only offer everything from one source, another advantage is the optimised ordering process: heroal partners are able to configure finished elements for roller shutters and sun protection quickly and easily in the new heroal configurator, prepare quotations and send them to customers and place orders. The configurator can be found in heroal’s digital working environment, the heroal Communicator.

With the heroal Ready range, heroal offers finished elements for roller shutters, sun protection and roller doors. This way, the company offers its customers the possibility of purchasing everything from one source in order to react to the demands of modern markets faster, more easily and more flexibly. heroal takes over the pre-fabrication of elements and supplies tested finished elements that are made entirely from heroal parts and components. All items in the existing range are still available, enabling heroal partners to place their orders just as required: for system goods or finished elements.
