Appointment of acting CEO of Hexagon Composites ASA

The Board of Directors of Hexagon Composites ASA has appointed Tore J. Fjell as acting CEO of the Group with effect from 1 January 2013. The temporary appointment comes as a result of Erik Espeset resigning from the position of CEO as of 31 December 2012.

Tore J. Fjell is presently Senior Vice President of Hexagon Composites ASA, with responsibility for M&A processes and the business unit for High-Pressure containers. Fjell will hold the position until a new CEO is appointed and will then return to his position as Senior Vice President.
