Group President Erik Espeset sends notice of resignation

Erik Espeset has today informed the Board of Directors that he resigns from his position as Group President in Hexagon Composites ASA to take up the position as Managing Director of Tafjord Kraft AS as of 1 January 2013.

Erik Espeset has a notification period of 4 months and will continue to work as Group President until 31 December 2012.

The Board of Directors will immediately start the process of finding a new Group President for the Hexagon Corporation.
