Hexagon Composites ASA : Approval and publication of prospectus

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norwegian has today approved a prospectus dated 29 March 2016 (the "Prospectus"), for the listing of 33,333,000 new shares in Hexagon Composites ASA (the "Company"), each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.

The Prospectus will be available at www.hexagon.no and hard copies of the Prospectus may be obtained free of charge at the offices of the Company, Korsegata 4B, 6001 Aalesund, Norway.

The new shares are expected to be listed and tradable on Oslo Børs from and including tomorrow, 30 March 2016.
