Hexagon Composites ASA : Financial statements for 2012

On 21 March 2013, the Board of Directors of Hexagon Composites ASA approved the financial statements for 2012.

To the General Meeting 17 April 2013, it is proposed to pay dividends of NOK 0.15 per share.
