On 19 May 2015, David Bandele, Chief Financial Officer of Hexagon Composites ASA and primary insider, has bought 3,200 shares in Hexagon Composites ASA at the average price of NOK 21.80 per share. This transaction is a mandated part of the Group's incentive scheme for the executive management.

After the transaction David Bandele holds 32,745 shares in the company.
