On the 1st of September 2014 Jack Schimenti, Managing Director of Hexagon Composites' wholly owned subsidiary Hexagon Lincoln, has bought 4,500 shares in Hexagon Composites ASA at an average price of NOK 30.60 per share.
After the transaction Jack Schimenti holds 38,041 shares in the company.
