Hexagon Composites ASA issues 1,450,000 call options at strike NOK 27

In accordance with resolutions no 6 and no 13.2 of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held in Aalesund on April 20 April 2016, the Board of Directors of Hexagon Composites ASA has issued 1,450,000 share options under the Company's management incentive program. Of the 1,450,000 options, 1,250,000 options have been granted to senior executives and managers listed as primary insiders.

The share options give rights to buy shares in Hexagon Composites ASA at NOK 27 per share.

The options may be exercised in part or in full within three weeks following the official announcement of the financial results for the fourth quarter of 2019, first quarter of 2020 or second quarter of 2020.
