Hexagon Composites ASA issues 925,000 call options at strike NOK 20

In accordance with resolutions no 6 and no 14.2 of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held in Aalesund on April 21 April 2015, the Board of Directors of Hexagon Composites ASA has issued 925,000 share options under the Company's management incentive program. Of the 925,000 options, 775,000 options have been granted to senior executives and managers listed as primary insiders.

The share options give rights to buy shares in Hexagon Composites ASA at NOK 20 per share.

The options may be exercised in part or in full within three weeks following the official announcement of the financial results for the fourth quarter of 2018, first quarter of 2019 or second quarter of 2019.
