Hexagon Composites ASA issues 975,000 call options at strike NOK 25

In accordance with resolutions no 6 and no 13.2 of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held in Aalesund on April 22nd 2014, the Board of Directors of Hexagon Composites ASA has issued 975,000 share options under the Company's management incentive program. Of the 975,000 options, 600,000 options have been granted to senior executives and managers listed as primary insiders.

Gunnar Engkrog   25,000 25,000 options and 1,146 shares
Trond Seth   25,000 25,000 options and 1,146 shares

The share options give rights to buy shares in Hexagon Composites ASA at NOK 25 per share.


The options may be exercised in part or in full within three weeks following the official announcement of the financial results for the fourth quarter of 2017, first quarter of 2018 or second quarter of 2018.
