Mr. David Bandele is appointed CFO of Hexagon Composites

Hexagon Composites ASA has appointed David Bandele as the Group's new Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Bandele has held several senior positions in the field of finance and controlling, most recently as CFO of Aker Floating Production ASA (subsequently acquired by Ocean Yield ASA). He has extensive manufacturing and supply-chain experience from General Electric Healthcare. Mr. Bandele holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sheffield and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA). Mr. Bandele is a UK citizen but is resident in Norway.

David Bandele will be based in Aalesund and takes up his position with effect from 6 January 2014.
