Rune Selmar and Annelin Henriksen have been elected as new Board members of Hexagon Composites ASA.   

 

Rune Selmar is director of the Rasmussen Group, which is the companies second largest shareholder with a stake of 10.9%. Selmar has an MSc (business) and is a certified financial analyst and fund broker. Selmar has many years experience from various positions in corporate finance and has, among other things, been Investment Director (2001 - 2004) and CEO (2004 - 2005) of the National Fund.

Annelin Henriksen has an MSc (business) and has several years of experience from the Boston Consulting Group. Henriksen is currently working with the establishment of Norway's Friluftshøyskole (Centre for outdoor life studies).
