Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of August 14th, 2008, private placement towards senior employees. After the capital increase the portfolio of shares for two primary insiders has changed to the following: Group president Erik Espeset 454 544 shares and Group director Tore J. Fjell 741 044 shares. All other primary insiders shareholdings are unchanged.
