Resignation of board member

Board member Rune Selmar has resigned from the board of Hexagon Composites ASA, to take up the new position as chief executive of Odin Forvaltning AS from 1 august 2012. As chief executive of a fund manager Rune Selmar may not hold board positions in listed companies.
