Hexagon’s rights issue registered

Hexagon’s rights issue is now registered in full with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The new class B shares subscribed with subsidiary preferential rights are scheduled to trade on the Stockholm Stock Exchange A-list and the SWX Swiss Exchange from and including 4 May 2006.
