Hexagon Strengthens Its Market Position - Two Companies Acquired Gustaf Fagerberg A/S in Denmark has acquired the operations of the Danish control and instrument company Mobro Instrumentering Gustaf Fagerberg, which is one of the Nordic region's leading companies in the field of flow regulation, has acquired the operations in Mobro Instrumentering through its Danish subsidiary Gustaf Fagerberg A/S. The companies will be coordinated at Fagerberg's premises in Bröndby. As a result of this acquisition, turnover in Denmark will increase by MSEK 25 to roughly MSEK 100. In total, Gustaf Fagerberg's turnover is roughly MSEK 600. Mobro is one of Denmark's leading companies in the field of instrumentation and control for the process, energy and environmental industries. Mobro's products within analysis and control complement Gustaf Fagerberg's product range and will add both new products and new customer segments. Nybro Stålprodukter AB has purchased all of the shares in C-B Agentur AB Nybro Stålprodukter, a subsidiary of Johnson Stål & Metall AB, has acquired C- B Agentur AB in Karlskoga. Nybro Stålprodukter specially process steel such as polished plate for tools, fixtures and machine constructions, gas cut steel blanks and gear racks. The companies production plant is sited in Nybro and there are sales companies in Värnamo, Malmö and Moss (Norway). C-B Agenturer has a turnover of roughly MSEK 25 and is a local distributor in the steel sector. The company's local presence strengthens Nybro Stålprodukter's position, both regionally and on the Swedish market. As a result of the acquisition of C-B Agenturer AB, Nybro Stålprodukter will have an annual turnover of close on MSEK 200.
