HEXPOL AB to be listed on OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm 9 June 2008

The Listing Committee of the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm has approved the listing of the shares of series B in HEXPOL AB (publ) on the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm. The first day of trading will be Monday 9 June 2008. The company will be traded under the ticker HPOL B with ISIN code SE0002452623. A trading lot consists of 100 shares.

In connection with the listing, the shares in HEXPOL will be distributed to Hexagon’s shareholders in accordance with the resolution on Hexagon’s Annual General Meeting held on 5 May 2008. No issue of new shares will take place in connection with the listing.

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has further approved the prospectus concerning the listing of shares in HEXPOL. The prospectus will be made public on Thursday 5 June 2008 through HEXPOL’s website: www.hexpol.com. The prospectus will also be available through www.swedbank.se/prospekt and on Hexagon’s website www.hexagon.se. In addition, printed copies of the prospectus will be distributed to Hexagon’s shareholders.
