New record date for Hexagon split 13 June 2007

The company has on 25 May 2007 communicated a postponement of the preliminary record date for execution of the split by VPC AB (30 May 2007). The postponement was due to delay in a registration procedure in Switzerland related to the issue in kind, also resolved upon by the Annual General Meeting, which was to be registered prior to the split.

As the required registrations have now been made by Bolagsverket (Swedish Companies Registration Office), the new record date can be determined to Wednesday 13 June 2007.
