Extraordinary general meeting of HEXPOL AB

At today’s Extraordinary General Meeting of HEXPOL AB (publ), the following was resolved.

Board of Directors
The meeting resolved, in accordance with the proposal of the Nomination Committee, to elect Alf Göransson as Chairman of the Board for the period up until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. Thus, the Board consists of Alf Göransson (Chairman), Jan-Anders E. Månson, Malin Persson, Kerstin Lindell, Märta Schörling Andreen and Gun Nilsson. 

Furthermore, the meeting resolved that the fees to the Chairman, including remuneration for committee work, in accordance with the resolution by the Annual General Meeting on  28 April 2020 shall continue to apply and shall, as applicable, be payable pro rata relative to the time for each general meeting’s election of Chairman of the Board, respectively.

At the statutory board meeting following the meeting, Alf Göransson was elected Chairman of the Remuneration Committee for the period until the next statutory board meeting. The Remuneration Committee thereafter consists of Alf Göransson (Chairman) and Märta Schörling Andreen.

Dividend 
The meeting resolved, in accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors, that a cash dividend of SEK 2.30 per share be declared. The record date for receiving the dividend was set to 24 November 2020 and the dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB on 27 November 2020.
