Georg Brunstam proposed to new Chairman of the Board in HEXPOL
The Nomination Committee in HEXPOL AB (publ.) will propose Georg Brunstam to become new Chairman of the Board in HEXPOL to the Annual General Meeting April 28, 2017.

The recruitment of a new President and CEO in HEXPOL will start immediately and Georg Brunstam will of course continue as CEO until a new CEO is in place.
The Nomination Committee is also proposing that the newly appointed CEO in MSAB, Gun Nilsson, is elected to the Board of Directors of HEXPOL after resigning Ulrik Svensson.
