Hi3G sign Frame agreement with PNB and Prenad regarding 3G infrastructure roll-out in Sweden Hi3G has entered into frame agreements with PNB and Prenad regarding the roll-out of infrastructure for the third-generation mobile telecommunication (3G). The frame agreement covers the design and construction of base stations in Sweden. The frame agreements with PNB and Prenad apply to a turnkey contract covering project management, design, construction and telecom pre- installations for base stations in the Malmö region. The number of base stations to be constructed under the contract will be decided over time.
