ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 1ST QUARTER 2007 INTERIM RESULTS

Acta Holding ASA will announce the 1st quarter 2007 interim results on Tuesday 24th April 2007 at 08:30 (CET).  Acta's management would like to invite shareholders, analysts, brokers and press to the presentation, which will be hosted by acting CEO Geir Inge Solberg and CFO Christian Tunge. It takes place in Felix Conference Centre, Bryggetorget 3, Vika, Oslo, Norway. The presentation is open to everyone.
