ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 2ND QUARTER 2008 INTERIM RESULTS
Acta Holding ASA will announce the 2nd quarter 2008 interim results
on Wednesday 13th of August 2008 at 08:30 (Oslo time). Acta`s management
would like to invite shareholders, analysts, brokers and financial
press to the presentation, which will be hosted by CEO Simen Mørdre
and CFO Christian Tunge. It takes place at Felix Konferansesenter,
Bryggetorget 3, Oslo, Norway. The presentation is open to
everyone.
The presentation will be held in Norwegian and can also be seen live
or on demand via the Internet. Please use the link provided on Acta`s

available shortly before the presentation.
Starting 14:00 (Oslo time), a conference call will be held in English by
CEO Simen Mørdre and CFO Christian Tunge. The conference call will
consist of a summary of the 2nd quarter report followed by a Q&A
