ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 3RD QUARTER 2007 INTERIM RESULTS

Acta Holding ASA will announce the 3rd quarter 2007 interim results on Wednesday 31st October 2007 at 08:30 (CET). Acta's management would like to invite shareholders, analysts, brokers and press to the presentation, which will be hosted by CEO Simen Mørdre and CFO Christian Tunge.
