Acta Holding ASA will announce the 3rd quarter 2008 interim results on

Wednesday 29th of October 2008 at 08:30 (Oslo time). Acta`s
management would like to invite shareholders, analysts, brokers and financial
press to the presentation, which will be hosted by CEO Simen Mørdre and

CFO Christian Tunge. It takes place at Felix Konferansesenter, Bryggetorget 3,

Oslo, Norway. The presentation is open to everyone.

The presentation will be held in Norwegian and can also be seen live or on
